Quick recap on the neighborhood. Last month, 5 homes sold in Highland Reserve. The sizes of the homes ranged from 1500 sf to 2500 sf. And the prices ranged from $645,000 to $750,000. For the month of March, the average sales price was $681,000 which is up about 12% from last year where the average sales price was $604,000.
