They want a decent yard with room for a pool, or one already built in. This sweet family of 5, plus a couple of dogs and a cat, are looking for "the one". 

We are looking specifically, and only, in Highland Reserve. We need to be near Vencil Brown and Buljan Elementary.  We are looking for a 4 bedroom home with a good sized backyard so that the family of 5 plus some dogs and a lizard have room to roam and play. Their budget for a home is between $650k - $700k.

We would love to find a home with a backyard big enough to fit a basketball hoop, but we are open to a home that has room for the hoop out front. They are shopping for a home between $650k - $750k.

They need 4-5 bedrooms with a dedicated office space and would like one of the bedrooms and full bathrooms on the 1st floor. Ideally, they want to have a pool but so long as the home is under budget and they have room for a pool down the road, that will be okay too. Bigger yard is the #1 reason for their move out this way, more room to gather and play is a must for this family.

Excited to settle into my new home!
