He found a buyer through his contacts that offered a very competitive price, which we accepted. This avoided the added time and expenses of putting the house on the market, staging it, and delaying the closing date. We feel very fortunate to have found Geoff. There were no issues with either transaction, he offered very sound advice, communicated well, has numerous contacts/professionals to help with minor house repairs, and is very friendly. This is the third house we have sold, and Geoff is by far and away the best agent we have used. We are really thankful for the quality of service he provided.
