THE PROBLEM

 Our biggest challenge was to create a winning pricing strategy. Some homes in the area had sold for well over their asking price, however, those homes had sold during the spring market. At this time buyers were willing to offer a lot of money over the asking price but the market had shifted away from that trend. A pricing strategy was necessary!

 THE STRATEGY

Once we settled on a price our next step was to schedule a staging consultation and put together the plan for making the home look stunning for our photos, videos and of course showings. Including a dog, a cat, and a baby - this family rallied together to make the space ready for potential buyers and it paid off!

THE WIN

Thanks to our pricing strategy and fantastic staging, we ended up selling for over the asking price and our clients walked away with exactly what they needed to make their cross country move even though they sold after the insane spring market. We are so proud of them and were grateful to help them make this move happen!
