MEET OUR CLIENTS

Highland Reserve is a special community to live in because of the families who call this neighborhood home. As a Highland Reserve resident, I personally get to see the closeness of our little community here and it’s always bittersweet to help one of our neighbors sell their home in this neighborhood. We were sad to hear that Matt and Megan needed to move but grateful to assist them in selling their Roseville home. They have been an important part of our Highland Reserve community and have become personal friends. It’s never fun to see a great neighbor go but we were grateful for the chance to ensure their journey out was smooth and easy!

THE PROBLEM

 Our team jumped in right away to start prepping, however, the Roseville housing market was shifting out of their favor. In order to make the move out of California and across the country, they needed to sell their Roseville home for as much as possible and as fast as possible. Our time for showings and their availability to be out of the house quickly was challenging with a family of 4, including 2 kids and a dog! So we went to work on a strategy that would yield a quick and highly profitable sale while reducing the amount of showings.

 THE STRATEGY

Our first move was to put together our Goolsby Group marketing campaign. Utilizing our listing launch plan, which allows us to push the listing using social media and other advertising avenues, gave us a strong start. We then turned to high quality video content to share with our database in order to build the buzz we needed! We held two open houses right after the house was on the market and our team was able to secure multiple offers for Matt and Megan. 

THE WIN

It was a huge sign of success when Matt and Megan were able to sell quickly when all the other homes in their area were taking a few weeks. They sold for right at asking price with highly favorable terms and certainty that the deal would close. They even secured a bit of rent back so that they didn't need to move out too soon. All in all, this was a great win for another Roseville family and a bittersweet goodbye to some dear friends.
