THE WIN
We acted fast and helped them write their offer and negotiate with the seller. They bought their dream home without paying above asking price. They were even able to sell their existing home for $75k more than they planned on (but that’s another story). They love living there so much that they even agreed to name one of their kids after Geoff! Joke on the last part.
But seriously, please join us in congratulating Laura and Phil on their new home pursuit. The next step in chasing dreams is always the hardest! We hope they’ll find everything to be just as wonderful - if not more so than ever before- where it’s all up ahead for them now.
