Overall, the process was incredibly smooth
We absolutely loved working with Geoff Goolsby and the whole Goolsby Group throughout the entire process of selling and buying our new home! The Goolsby Group marketing campaign included a video, 3D mapping and photos that went above and beyond and showcased our home in the most beautiful way. Laura's friendly demeanor was always appreciated and she ran a stellar open house for us. Geoff Goolsby was great from start to finish! He originally met us at our house to discuss the process and to find out what our short and long term goals were. He offered lots of feedback and really walked us through our options. We could tell by that first conversation that he was genuinely interested in helping us make a good decision for our family. Geoff was always easy to get a hold of, and was quick to respond no matter what day or time we had a question. We also appreciated Geoff’s honest and straightforward approach. Excited to settle into my new home!
I cant speak more highly about my experience working with Geoff and Laura from the Goolsby Group. Their expert knowledge and advice was pivotal in successfully landing the purchase of my first home. I am so grateful to have chosen The Goolsby Group as my realtor since my purchasing process was a bit out of the ordinary. There were lots of twists and turns along the way, which I’m sure a less experienced realtor than Geoff would have struggled to maneuver. They helped me navigate the whole thing and in the end, I was able to walk away with a dream home! Additionally, since this was my first time purchasing a property, Laura made sure to clearly map out what the next steps in the process were, what to expect moving forward, and who I needed to contact for a given aspect. As a Project Manager by trade, this put me at ease and helped me to make the most logical decisions throughout the whole experience. I hope to work with Geoff and Laura again in the future (and highly recommend others do as well) but for now, I’m excited to settle into my new home!
