Will you marry me?

I was quite conscious of John's efforts to make sure that everything was right about the home before they decided to actually write an offer. We viewed a few properties, and as current market trends are today, we actually had to write offers on two homes at once, in hopes to get into contract on one or the other. Both homes located in Cirby Ranch, appealed to their tastes. The neighborhood is located in the right spot for them and both homes situated in a cul de sac. A perfect match indeed. Come to find out, there was another perfect match involved. Once we had the offer accepted on 1301 Holly Hill, John approached me and asked I have my camera crew on site when we delivered keys. He was up to something for sure. We decorated the home as we often do, with balloons and a welcome home banner etc. Then John broke out the champagne to celebrate. It's not every day in real estate that we get to deliver keys and witness a marriage proposal. When searching for homes for Beth & John, it was never mentioned to me that this was going to happen, but that was John's plan all along!
