Woodcreek Golf Course

For those interested in Roseville real estate, Woodcreek Golf Course can be a highly desirable location to live. Homes located near the golf course often offer scenic views of the rolling hills and lush greenery that surrounds the course. Additionally, living near a highly-regarded golf course like Woodcreek can help to increase the overall value of a property.

Diamond Oaks Golf Course

Diamond Oaks was one of the first highly desirable neighborhoods in Roseville. The homes range in size from 1500 - 4500 square feet. Boardering Diamond Oaks is the Heritage and Highland Reserve Neighborhood. These homes are newer than the original Diamond Oaks properties. So if you're looking for a blend of property types, Diamond Oaks will provide the biggest variety.

Morgan Creek Golf Course

Morgan Creek Golf Course is in incorporated Roseville. It feels a lot like your own little slice of paradise as you drive through country properties to access your Guard Gated neighborhood. These homes range from 2,000 square feet or so all the way up to 6,000. If you want a big luxury home in Roseville, this is your primary neighborhood.

Sierra View Country Club

Sierra View Country Club is in the same neighborhood as Diamond Oaks. In fact, some very similar properties border part of the land that Sierra View owns. There are 1950s, 60s, and 70s homes bordering the land, as well as some condos that are right alongside the course. 

Sierra Pines and Timber Creek (Sun City) 

Sun City has two golf courses. Timber Creek and Sierra Pines. In total, the neighborhood has more than 3,100 homes and more than 500 of those homes backup to the golf course. The homes range in size from 1,000-2,700 square feet. You've got golf course homes, interior lot homes, greenbelt homes, and a variety of sizes and price points to choose from.
